Turmeric Infused Smoothie Recipe


1 cup of almond milk or any other type of dairy.

1 frozen banana, cut into pieces.

1/2 cup of pineapple chunks, fresh or thawed.

1 cup of mango chunks: Fresh or frozen.

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

1/2 teaspoon of ground turmeric.

1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.

1 tbsp chia seeds(optional)

 For sweetness, 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup.

Ice cubes are optional.

Prepare Ingredients:

    • If you haven’t already, slice the banana and prepare the pineapple and mango chunks.

    • Grate the fresh ginger.

Assemble the Ingredients:

    • In a blender, combine the almond milk, frozen banana slices, pineapple chunks, mango chunks, grated ginger, ground turmeric, ground cinnamon, and chia seeds (if using).


    • Blend the ingredients on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the consistency is too thick, add more almond milk to reach your desired thickness.

Taste and Sweeten (if desired):

    • Taste the smoothie and add honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter flavor. Blend again to incorporate the sweetener.


    • Pour the turmeric-infused smoothie into a glass.

    • Optionally, add ice cubes to make it colder.

Garnish (Optional):

    • Garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon on top for an extra burst of flavor.
